All prices are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate. **DBS checks are VAT exempt however there is a service charge applicable which is included within the fee, that is subject to VAT.

Response time

Our standard response time is up to 5 working days.

Depending on the services selected you may receive your final report before this, or on rare occasions after 5 days we may send you a pending report if there is any outstanding information.

You will not be invoiced for our services until a final report is supplied to you. We will keep applications open for 30 days and continue to chase for any outstanding information until this time, after 30 days you will receive a final report with all of the information we have collected at that point and will be invoiced accordingly. As a duty of care to our clients, should any information be provided to us within 45 days of the final report which we feel is relevant or conflicting to that already received then we will re-open the application and send you a revised report, after 45 days, no further action will be taken.

Please note that any applications sent in after 4pm will not be processed until the next working day.
